crixco Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement" or "Terms") are entered into between crixco (hereinafter "crixco", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual (hereinafter "you", "the User", or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at crixco.net and any associated mobile applications or downloadable software.

By creating an account on crixco, accessing the platform, placing a bet, playing a casino game, depositing funds, or withdrawing winnings, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the crixco platform and, if applicable, close your account.

crixco reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the crixco platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

crixco operates as an online casino and sports betting platform specifically designed for players in Bangladesh. All account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and promotional values are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a crixco account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing crixco voluntarily and entirely of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, and you are not operating the account as a proxy, agent, or representative for any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of crixco, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from crixco or had a crixco account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.

crixco reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Verification may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued national ID card, passport, or birth certificate confirming your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

If crixco determines at any time that a registered user is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds held within the account will be frozen pending investigation, any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be voided and forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where required by applicable law. Any deposited funds that remain after the deduction of voided winnings will be considered for return at crixco's sole discretion following investigation.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one single account on the crixco platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different identities, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, crixco will close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any bonus funds or associated winnings, and may permanently ban the associated identity from the platform.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification process is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crixco username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity that takes place on your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified crixco of unauthorised access in writing at [email protected].

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for additional protection.
• Log out completely from shared or public devices after each session.
• Notify crixco immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Never allow another person to access your account or place bets on your behalf.

crixco will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel asking for your password. Any communication claiming to be from crixco and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on crixco — including deposits, withdrawals, and balance transfers — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). crixco does not accept foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process.

Accepted Payment Methods

crixco currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your crixco balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing time.
• All deposited funds must be used for gambling on the crixco platform. Depositing funds with the intention of withdrawing them without any gambling activity may be considered abuse and is subject to review.
• crixco does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside crixco's control.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the destination bank.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets registered in the same name as your verified crixco account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• crixco reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide supporting documentation.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if your account has an open bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, or if your account is under compliance review.

Bonuses & Promotions

crixco may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible accounts that have completed the required verification steps at the time of claiming.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated as "wagering-free". The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at lower rates (commonly 10%–50%) as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• crixco reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus at any time if abuse, manipulation, or breach of Terms is suspected.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value independent of their wagering requirements being met.

Betting & Casino Game Rules

The use of crixco's sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, fishing games, and all other gambling products is governed by these Terms as well as any game-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Tests, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, are settled according to official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC, FIFA, etc.).
• crixco reserves the right to suspend, void, or delay settlement of any market where match integrity concerns, data feed errors, or force majeure events (including weather, security incidents, or venue changes) affect the validity of the outcome.
• In-play bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined — due to data feed latency or any other technical issue — will be voided.
• Minimum single bet stake is ৳50. Maximum stake limits per market are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by event and market type.
• Odds displayed are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds at confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet.

Casino Games

• All casino games — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe; live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and the Lucky Gods Fishing arcade game — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface.
• All RNG-based games are certified for fairness by independent third-party testing agencies. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or error during play, crixco reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game round will not be paid.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within each game's interface. These limits may differ between standard play and live dealer tables.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of crixco, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action up to and including permanent termination:

• Registering more than one account on the crixco platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information at any stage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform without human input, unless crixco has granted explicit written permission.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or data feed errors for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of known errors will be voided.
• Attempting to circumvent account verification, AML controls, responsible gaming restrictions, or self-exclusion measures.
• Using the crixco platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing crixco staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Charging back a deposit made to crixco through your payment provider. Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of account balance pending investigation.

crixco monitors platform activity continuously for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where violations are detected, crixco may act without prior notice. Reasonable suspicion of violation is sufficient grounds for account restriction while an investigation is conducted.

Account Suspension & Closure

crixco may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour.
• Legal or regulatory obligation to do so.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request via account settings or support.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to the dormant account policy communicated at the time of activation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the crixco support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

Players who activate self-exclusion must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period. Any account opened during a valid self-exclusion period will be immediately closed upon detection, and any funds deposited during that period will be returned without any associated winnings.
